Spa Reservation Policy and Terms

Please carefully read the following terms. If you confirm and make payment to Nutrislim Thai Spa, it signifies your agreement, acceptance, understanding, consent, and compliance with our service terms and conditions as follows:

Reservation Information:

  • Nutrislim Thai Spa operates on a reservation basis, and services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are kindly requested to make reservations 1-3 weeks in advance.

  • To ensure the safety and hygiene of both our staff and clients, individuals with any illnesses or the following conditions: pregnancy, heart disease, asthma, skin diseases, cold, allergies, blood disorders, abnormal blood pressure, epilepsy, post-medication, pacemakers, or other conditions, must declare them to our staff before the massage service begins for appropriate arrangements.

  • The services and products provided by Nutrislim Thai Spa are not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. Each person's body reacts differently to massage therapy or other services. It is advisable to consult with healthcare professionals before choosing a massage treatment.

  • Therapists and Nutrislim Thai Spa have a collaborative relationship. Therapists have the right to temporarily suspend collaboration due to personal reasons. Therefore, to avoid disputes and safeguard the interests of both parties, the company's membership terms state that it cannot guarantee 100% specified therapists, service times, or types of treatments after purchasing packages. In case of a therapist's absence or suspension of collaboration, Nutrislim Thai Spa will do its best to arrange services with an equally qualified therapist. Additionally, no disputes or refund requests related to specific therapist, time, or treatment type requests at the time of purchasing packages will be entertained.

  • Unless otherwise specified, all treatments are only applicable to specific branches and cannot be used across branches.

Before the Treatment:

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes in advance to allow us to provide service instructions and understand your needs. If you are unable to arrive on time, the treatment time may be shortened or adjusted based on actual operational conditions. For first-time visitors, we will invite you to fill out a customer consultation record.

  • Guests should not be overly full, hungry, drink alcohol, or engage in intense exercise before receiving a massage.

During the Treatment:

  • The treatment time is calculated from the moment the aromatherapist starts receiving you. Time for changing and using the restroom is included. In case of late arrival, the treatment time may be shortened.

  • The intensity of the massage varies from person to person, and guests should communicate directly with the massage therapist to adjust it to their needs. If discomfort arises during the massage, guests should immediately inform the therapist to stop the service.

  • To ensure a thoroughly relaxing, quiet, and comfortable environment and not disturb other guests, please refrain from answering phones outside the shop during and after the treatment, except with authorization from Nutrislim Thai Spa. No recording is allowed for all services in the shop without Nutrislim Thai Spa's authorization.

  • Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by parents or guardians throughout the entire service.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We only hold reservations for you and require a 24-hour advance notice for cancellations. If no notice is given or notice is less than 24 hours, the full treatment fee will be charged. If absent for a scheduled treatment, valid medical proof must be presented; otherwise, it will be considered used, and deductions will be made from the package. If you are unable to arrive on time for your treatment, your therapist will attempt to complete the treatment within the remaining time and charge the full treatment fee.

Additional details on the cancellation policy:

  • Less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the booked service amount.

  • "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the booked service amount.

  • Late-arriving guests may not be able to extend the scheduled treatment time to avoid delaying other guests' treatment time. If more than 30 minutes late, the treatment service will be considered canceled, and the full fee for that treatment service will be deducted.

  • Once a reservation is confirmed, delays or cancellations due to emergencies, verified medical reasons, or severe weather conditions (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, black rain, and red rain) generally do not incur any charges, but this will be determined based on the circumstances.

  • We uphold the spirit that our customers' and staff's time is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best possible service. Thank you for your understanding.
